vpsbackup pulls the VPS over a read-only rsync key into a local mirror
(--fake-super keeps owners, modes and symlinks in xattrs) and snapshots it
into a local restic repository, hourly until a day has passed. Failures are
mailed through the VPS's own postfix, and a watch timer it installs there
mails when no backup has arrived for three days. A dropped connection is
retried next hour rather than reported.

through symlinks
system-theme sources ~/.config/system-theme/config, so wallpapers can be
set without the session environment. imgcollage resolves its own path, so a
symlink to it on PATH still finds the vendored photocollage beside the real
file.

config.org tangles to config.el, which loads private/config.el last when
it exists. bin/ holds the scripts some sections drive.
